Little Liam's 1st Haircut--April 24, 2009

Little Liam's 1st haircut....usually, I am soooo sad when I have to get my little ones hair cut. I remember crying when Hunter got his blonde curls cut :-) But this time, it was SO MUCH fun to see little Liam get his hair cut. He LOVED the whole experience. Of course, sitting in a blue car, watching the Backyardigans on DVD was cool...and kept him busy. I LOVE the way his little cut turned out.

BEFORE...the haircut!

Having so much fun, driving a car and watching a video :-)

Getting serious...

Little Liams 1st Haircut--too cute for words...

Liam LOVED the 'buzzer'--as long as it stayed away from his little ears!!

"Mommy, don't go anywhere, OK?"--Liam loved all the attention and pictures, but he sure wanted to know exactly where Mommy was at all times...

Things are getting serious on the "Backyardigans" show...

Liam LOVED the spray from the water bottle, and smiled EVERY time he got sprayed!!

"TAH-DAH !!" Such a big boy haircut!!

Liam LOVES flowers...

I dressed up three little pots with some bright, cheery RED Gerbera daisys and put them in the kitchen for some Spring color. Liam absolutely loved the flowers and couldn't stay away from them. He smelled them, bit them, played with them and talked to them. Such a cute little guy!!!

My Handsome Hubby, and an Awesome Daddy!!

Here he is in full gear...ready for the day :-)

Here's a fun pic that highlights just how far away Afghanistan is....

The Easter Prize--A fun and tasty Easter Basket!!!

Here is a picture of Hunter's Easter Basket!!

Here is Reilly's Spiderman-themed Easter Basket!!

Aidan LOVE's Disney's Cars...so the Easter Bunny brought him a cool Cars basket.

Of course, Aimee had a "Prinecess Basket", with her all-time FAV 'My Little Pony' tucked in it!

The Easter Bunny left little Liam's goodies on his high-chair...since he was too sick to hunt around :-)

The HUNT--on a rainy, snowy Utah day....

The Easter Bunny had to be 'super-creative' this year, because everyone was sick AND the Utah weather didn't cooperate. After a nervous night, all the little ones were relieved to wake and find that the "Bunny" didn't forget them--even though there was several inches of snow outside. Everyone had loads of fun looking around the house for their goodies....

More Easter Pics...

Lots of fun dying Easter eggs! Even little Liam got into the action at the end--though he wasn't sure what to do with the eggs once he got 'em :-)

Easter 2009

Easter 2009 was a bit different for us this year. First, we had to celebrate without Daddy, because he's in Afghanistan...we all missed him lots!! Second, everyone was in the middle of the *FLU*, with various states of coughing, sneezing, and tummy-aching. But we still managed to have lots of fun dying Easter eggs in our jammies :-)
