4th of July Parade, Provo--Utah

One of our favorite "Family Traditions" is attending the 4th of July Parade in Provo every year. This year was no different--we woke-up at 6:00AM to get ready and run out the door to Provo to get a "good spot" for viewing the parade. This year, we managed to get a shady spot which was a HUGE relief in the 103 degree weather.

We load the little ones up in a wagon with lawn chairs, blankets and lots of drinks. Then we park ourselves and enjoy what I think is the MOST patriotic parade in the entire USA!!!! Real floats (like the ones on TV), marching bands galore, military fighter jet fly-overs, fire trucks, police squads, even llamas!! This year I took pics with my new camera--and I was thrilled to find some good ones to post. So enjoy a little piece of "Americana" at the Provo Independence Day Parade....
