So, on 9/24/08, our family grew by 4 FEET as Ryker came home with us. He's a super-sweet and mellow German Shepherd puppy mix--with some other (calm) type of dog in him. And it's true that POUND PUPPIES are the BEST dogs....He's convinved that he 'IS' one of the kids, and wants to be in my lap all the time. Ryker runs with the boyz...and even puts up with "Princess Aimee" pulling his tail and saying "No, no Cracker!" (that's how you say Ryker when you're 2 years old)
And YES, that's SNOW you see outside our house on October 12th--how cool is that!!!!!

Okay, my perfect-mother sister-in-law...a puppy, 5 children, bowling with all the kids teeth brushed and hair combed? The puppy is adorable. We've thought about getting a puppy, but then i decided i better start slow with a goldfish. I have actually kept it alive now for 2 months...I feel so nurturing.
